Welcome
We're glad you're here — and we want you to know that it took courage to take this step.
This is a space created with care, for people who are carrying the weight of loss. There is no right way to grieve, and no expectation of how you should feel as you move through this course. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
The Grief Support Hub has been developed to offer you knowledge, comfort, and tools that may help you make sense of your experience — at your own pace, in your own time.
You don't have to do this alone.

Books about Grief
According to some researchers, grieving is like a learning experience. We have to learn how to be in this changed world. For many of us, books can provide such learning. We've put together some ideas for you, let us know if you have other recommendations!
Forest Medicine
Grief can be so overwhelming at times, it can feel like it is bigger than us. Spending time in nature can be a wonderful balm; nature never finds our grief too much, she can bear all of it at once. Liz is conducting research into the benefits of spending time in the forest. For some nature therapy tools you can use, check out forestmedicine.ie
