Newstalk – Mens’ Grief

Newstalk interview on Grief, Grieving, Mens’ Grief, with Liz and Seán Defoe
During the week, footballer Andy Robertson spoke about ‘being in bits’ about the death of his good friend and fellow footballer Diogo Jota, who died in a tragic accident a few months ago.
Apparently a man speaking about loss and grief is newsworthy – doesn’t it say something about society that this clip was so widely distributed?
So here I am, speaking on Newstalk FM about Grief, Grieving, Mens Grief, as well as my upcoming PhD research in Forest Therapy and Grief.
I am DELIGHTED to say, that following the interview, I received several emails from listeners who have been bereaved, enquiring about the study. These conversations matter. Thank you Newstalk and Seán Defoe for consistently airing up conversations that really matter, thanks to researcher David for such a thought-provoking conversation beforehand.
